I've been shopping here for years, and I really like it. Great deals if you use the app and their digital coupons. Good customer service. I've taken off a star because the wait times for the pharmacy have gotten ridiculous over the last year. It seems like any time of day, I have to plan on at least half an hour just to pick up a prescription that's already ready (and there have been a couple times where it was supposed to be ready and wasn't, so I had to wait in the line twice). They are seriously understaffed for the amount of work they have.

This place is pretty darn good, the deals here are exceptional. and if you are a fan of the MEGA brand, there are quite a bit of MEGA Halo sets, which is awesome.

I am fed up with the lack of no-pet-policy enforcement at this location. Every time I shop here I see at least one non-service animal in the store. Owners don't even try to fake their dog as a service animal at this point because no one says anything. I see dogs sniffing products and trying to greet people. Today was the last straw for me when I saw a young puppy poop in the produce section and then the mess got tracked through the store by a cart. This is a grocery store. That is disgusting and unacceptable. I'm guessing management wants to avoid the headache and has adopted a policy of don't ask, don't tell. It is really not that difficult to tell if a dog is trained or not, and this puts actual service dog teams at risk. I am happy with the pharmacy though. The techs have always been very friendly and are good about finding the lowest price for my prescriptions.

My husband and I love shopping at Smith’s. There are always a lot of good sales going on, employees are always very friendly and kind. Plus I love how many options there are to buy things in the “off brand” that are just as good quality. However, those dumb cattle gates that they put by all the doors are awful. I know it seems like a silly thing to complain about and I don’t mean to be THAT person. But those things suck, they never open half the time so more often than not I always just have to push it open. Please consider that I’m most likely not the only one that feels this way.

The store is nice. My issue is when I used the pickup option, I was charged twice, once for the amount I totaled in the cart ($140) AND the amount it came to for pickup ($129). So it overdrafted my account by $3, I got hit with the overdraft fee then had to wait 5 days or so for the amount to come back. They do not tell you about the pre authorization and the store has 0 influence for a refund.

Spent time in apparel finding a shirt I loved. When I got to the checkout I was told that I couldn’t buy it and it was marked to be donated. I was willing to pay full price for the item and was very disappointed. The manager that came over to assist the cashier told me that it was “over her head” when I asked why I couldn’t purchase the item at the retail price. I was so annoyed that I didn’t buy the other items I intended to purchase either. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
